Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To deliver a booked programme — which necessarily means sharing the parts each supplier needs to do their job.
- To invoice you and to keep the accounting records we are required to keep.
- To contact you about a live booking. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list without asking.
Who we share it with
- Suppliers delivering your programme — chauffeurs, greeters, guides, assistants, interpreters, charter operators and hotels — and only the details each one needs. A chauffeur receives a name, a pickup point and a time, not your whole itinerary.
- Airport, aviation and site authorities where a permission or a security clearance requires passenger details.
- Our payment and accounting providers.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it.
- Booking and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
Your choices
- You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
