Terms and conditions
These terms apply to quotations we issue and programmes we operate. The written quotation for your programme sits alongside them, and where the two differ the quotation governs.
What we do
- We provide ground services in India — chauffeured vehicles, arrivals and airport handling, group transport, private jet and helicopter charter, licensed guiding, travel assistants and interpreting.
- Where a service is delivered by a third-party operator, such as an aircraft charter, we arrange it on your behalf and that operator’s own conditions of carriage apply in addition to these terms.
Quotations
- Quotations are based on the brief you give us. If the brief changes — more guests, different cities, a longer day — the price changes with it, and we will tell you before proceeding.
- A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Rates for charters, permits and peak-season services can move quickly and are confirmed only at booking.
Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed when you accept the quotation in writing and any payment due at confirmation has been received.
- Payment terms are set out on the quotation and the invoice for your programme.
- Charters, permits and anything requiring a prepayment to a third party are payable as stated at the time of booking.
Changes on the day
- Programmes change, and we plan for it. Changes within the booked window are absorbed wherever they can be.
- Changes that extend the booked window, add vehicles or add people are chargeable, and we will say so at the time rather than afterwards.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate traveller details, flight numbers and contact numbers, and tell us promptly when they change. Most failures on the ground trace back to a detail that changed and was not passed on.
- Ensure your travellers hold valid visas, permits and documentation. We can advise, but we cannot obtain them for you.
- Travellers must behave lawfully and safely. Our staff may end a service where they reasonably believe someone is at risk.
Things outside anyone’s control
- Weather, air traffic restrictions, road closures, strikes, civil disruption and acts of authority can stop a service. Helicopter and charter movement is especially exposed.
- Where that happens we will use reasonable efforts to provide an alternative — which is why we plan a road fallback alongside rotor movement — but we are not liable for the consequences of events outside our reasonable control.
Liability
- We are responsible for delivering the services we have agreed to deliver, with reasonable skill and care.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed meeting or a missed onward flight, beyond the value of the affected service.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction.
