A car is the part of a programme guests notice most, because they spend more time in it than anywhere else except the hotel. It is also the part that fails most visibly: a driver who does not speak the guest’s language, a vehicle that arrives at the wrong gate, a full-day booking that quietly becomes a four-hour one.
We quote chauffeured cars on disposal — a vehicle and driver assigned to your guest for a defined window, not a sequence of separate trips. That is what makes a day with six unplanned stops behave the same as a day with two. Where a programme genuinely only needs airport-to-hotel and back, we quote it point-to-point instead and say so.
Chauffeurs are briefed on the itinerary before the guest lands, not handed an address on the morning. For multi-city programmes the same vehicle class is held in each city, so a guest who was in a sedan in Delhi is not put in something visibly lesser in Udaipur.

Tell us the shape of the day
Cities, dates, how many guests and whether the day is structured or open. We do not need a finished itinerary to quote.

We quote from one rate card
The same vehicle in Mumbai and in Jaipur is quoted the same way, so a multi-city programme is comparable line by line.

Chauffeur is briefed, then assigned
The driver receives the itinerary and the guest’s contact before the day starts, and a coordinator holds the programme.
Questions
Is the car exclusive to my guest for the day?
On a disposal booking, yes — the vehicle and chauffeur are held for your guest for the booked window and are not shared with another booking.
What happens if the day runs long?
Tell us when you book if the day is likely to overrun and we will quote the longer window. Extensions on the day are possible but depend on the chauffeur’s hours.
Can you cover more than one city on the same programme?
Yes. That is the usual case rather than the exception, and it is quoted from the same rate card in each city.
