Moving forty people is not moving one person forty times. The failure mode is always the same: the group leaves twenty minutes late, the second vehicle loses the first at a junction, and the day compresses until something has to be cut.
We put a coordinator with the convoy rather than on the end of a phone. Their job is the boring one — counting people back onto vehicles, holding the gap between vehicles, and telling the venue the group is ten minutes out — and it is what keeps a schedule intact.
Luggage travels separately where the group size justifies it, so a coach is not half-loaded with suitcases and guests are not waiting on a kerb while cases are dug out in the wrong order.

Questions
How many vehicles will we need?
That depends on luggage and venue access as much as headcount. Tell us the group and the stops and we will propose a fleet rather than asking you to specify one.
Can the same vehicles stay with us across several days?
Yes, and it is usually better — the crew learns the group and the loading gets faster every day.
Do you handle weddings?
Yes. Wedding movement is mostly convoy work with unpredictable timings, which is exactly what the travelling coordinator is for.
