Chartering the aircraft is the straightforward half. The half that decides whether the day works is everything around it: slots, ground handling, and a vehicle that is on the apron rather than in a car park on the other side of the terminal.
We source aircraft against the sector and the passenger count rather than starting from a preferred operator, and we say plainly when a scheduled flight would serve you better. A charter that saves ninety minutes and costs a working day of coordination is not always the right answer, and we would rather tell you that before you book it.
Ground arrangements are made at both ends as one job, so the vehicle, the handling agent and the crew are working to the same timings.

Questions
Do you own the aircraft?
No. We source and charter from operators against your sector, which is what lets us match the aircraft to the trip rather than the other way round.
How far ahead do you need to know?
Earlier is better for slots, particularly at the busiest airports, but short-notice sectors are often possible. Ask and we will tell you what is realistic.
Is a charter always faster than flying scheduled?
No, and we will say so when it is not. On some trunk routes a scheduled flight plus good ground handling gets your guest there sooner.
