Interpreting is the one service on this list where a cheap booking is actively dangerous. A negotiation interpreted by someone who is merely bilingual will produce an agreement where both sides believe different things, and nobody finds out until later.
We brief interpreters on the vocabulary before the session, because the difficulty in technical work is almost never the language — it is the terms of art. A factory audit, a pharmaceutical inspection and a distribution negotiation each have their own, and an interpreter who meets them cold will slow the room down.
Simultaneous work is booked in pairs and with equipment, because a single interpreter cannot sustain it. Consecutive work suits smaller meetings and site walks. We will tell you which one your session actually needs.

Questions
What is the difference between simultaneous and consecutive?
Simultaneous is live, through equipment, with no pause — it needs a booth or headsets and two interpreters. Consecutive alternates with the speaker and suits smaller rooms.
Do you supply the equipment?
Yes for simultaneous work, since it does not function without it.
Can you translate documents as well?
Yes, and it is worth doing before the meeting rather than after — the translated material doubles as the interpreter’s brief.
